Fan Culture

Fans of SS501 have two names.  “Green Peas” reflects the group's relationship with the fans, as “peas in a pod”:  SS501 is the pod, protecting the peas).  Triple S stands for “Super Star Supporter.”  Both names show that both the fans and the members see their relationship as a protective one.

The group enjoys a truly international following, with official fanclubs in Korea, Japan and Thailand and active fanbases in the Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Iran, Peru and Mexico.
