B.A.P produced music quickly during the earlier months of their career; and they slowed down quite a bit more recently. The group focused on mini-albums in 2012 and 2013, starting with their debut, “Warrior,” and releasing several more in rapid succession. The works showcased the group’s strong leanings toward hip-hop and rap music.  During 2013, B.A.P. also released two single albums (Coffee Shop and Hurricane). “Coffee Shop” highlighted the group’s softer side. While the song is not a ballad, the use of jazz influences and slower tempo is a distinct departure from the heavier songs that come before it.

During the late summer of  2013, B.A.P began promotions in Japan, releasing Japanese-language versions of their albums Warrior  and One Shot. From here, the group’s music production shows, and their next work - their first full-length album, First Sensibility, isn’t released until February 2014. The title track, “Angel” features another departure from the heavy hip-hop they debuted with, showcasing more mainstream lyrical production and music styling.
