Iconiq (Ayumi) is a ethnic Korean who was born in Japan. A former member of the girl group Sugar from 2002- 2006, Iconiq (Ayumi Ito) was signed with Starworld Entertainment in Korea and made her solo debut in 2010. After some music releases, she left Starworld and briefly worked with S.M. Entertainment. In 2009, she began Japanese music promotions.
