Music Videos Part I

Sunny Hill’s videos offer a broad range of imagery, from nostalgic to grotesque and even a bit of Americana. Their debut video for the single “Ringback Tone” is laidback, showing footage of the original three-member group as they enjoy a touristy-trip of Tokyo. In “All I Know is Love,” the group shows a more active angle of traveling as they perform the song while riding mopeds around an island.  Sunny Hill had a two year hiatus, and they return with members Kota and Misung in the video for “Midnight Circus,” which features a dark circus theme.

Under LOEN Entertainment, the group continued their foray into darker subject matter with the video, “Pray” which focuses on feelings of betrayal. Their next video, “The Grasshopper Song” is whimsical with themes of overconsumption and workaholic syndromes

In 2012, Janghyun entered the military, but Sunny Hill’s female members continued promotions, starting with the video “Princess & Prince Charming.” That year, they also released a video supporting their involvement in the I Love Lee Tae Ri Korean drama soundtrack and another one focusing on past romance (“Goodby to Romance”).  In 2013, the group teamed up with Daybreak to produce a fun video for their single “Love Actually,”  featuring cameos from comedian Kim Sung Won (Gag Concert) and ZE:A’s Kwanghee. In the summer, the group showed off a unique image inspired by American-style folk music in their video, “Darling of All Hearts.”
